HOTEL REGULATIONS       

These regulations are written to help you enjoy a safe and comfortable stay with us and can be updated without further notice by Hotel Management to comply with requirements of area authorities.

• Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12pm

  2. Additional fees may apply, please contact our front desk for more information
• ID card, passport, Thai driving license are to be presented upon check-in for all Guests registered under the same room
• Outside visitors are to present identification upon arrival and contact reception to collect the dedicated pass access. Additional registration to in-house Guests must follow the check-in process and the main registered Guests must pick up in person.
• Be considerate of other guests regarding noise level after 9pm.
• Cooking in your room, gambling, karaoke, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammables, poison, drug items, strong smelling food (i.e. durian, seafood etc…) are strictly prohibited within the Hotel premises.
• Smoking is allowed on balconies and designated areas throughout the Hotel. Smoking inside the room is prohibited. A violation fee of THB10,000 per time shall be applied.
• Re-arranging furniture or moving items from one room to another is not permitted.
• Bed sheets and duvet covers are provided up to the number of registered Guests and according to the existing bedding in the room.
• 2 complimentary glass bottles of water per day per person are provided. Additional water bottles and in-room amenities can be provided upon request. Extra charges may apply according to quantity requested.
• Guests are responsible and will be charged for any damages, loss or breakage of the Hotel`s property caused by themselves or their visitors.
• Refrain from placing any articles, which could detract from the external appearance of the Hotel, in or around balconies.
• Using outside equipment or bringing outside food into Hotel premises must be approved by Hotel Management.
• Strictly comply with local sanitary regulations and measures put in place at the hotel.
• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who could cause disease, discomfort or inconvenience to other guests.
• When opening your balcony door, your room`s air-conditioning system will automatically switch off.
• In-light of our commitments to save our Planet “Acting Here Planet21”, we ask you not to collect seashells/marine animals and to discard plastic and other waste into dedicated bins around the resort.

นโยบายสําหรับผู้เข้าพักของโรงแรม

นโยบายเหล่านี้ ได้เขียนขึ้นเพื่อช่วยให้ท่านเพลิดเพลินกับการเข้าพักที่ปลอดภัยและสะดวกสบาย ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานในพื้นที่

1. เช็กอินเวลา 14.00 น. และเช็กเอาต์ภายใน เวลา 12.00 น.
   • สามารถขอเช็กเอาต์เกินเวลาได้ ในกรณีที่มีห้องว่าง
   • ทั้งนี้อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม กรุณาสอบถามข้อมูลได้จากพนักงานต้อนรับ
2. สำหรับแขกที่พักในห้องเดียวกัน ทุกท่านจะต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน, หนังสือเดินทาง หรือใบอนุญาตขับขี่เมื่อทำการลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก
3. ผู้มาติดต่อผู้เข้าพักจะต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน และติดต่อพนักงานต้อนรับ เพื่อรับบัตรผ่านเข้าโรงแรม และแขกผู้เข้าพัก ต้องมารับด้วยตนเอง
4. ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าพัก ส่งเสียงดัง หรือ ทำสิ่งที่เป็นการรบกวนผู้อื่น ตั้งแต่เวลา 21.00 น. เป็นต้นไป
5. ทางโรงแรมไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าพัก ทำการประกอบอาหารในห้องพัก, เล่นการพนัน, ร้องเพลงคาราโอเกะ, นำสิ่งของผิดกฎหมาย, การค้าประเวณี, อาวุธ, วัตถุระเบิด, วัตถุไวไฟ, วัตถุเป็นพิษ, สิ่งเสพติดผิดกฎหมายทุกชนิด, อาหารมีกลิ่นรุนแรง (เช่น ทุเรียน อาหารทะเล เป็นต้น)
6. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพักยกเว้นบริเวณระเบียงห้อง และสถานที่ที่ทางโรงแรมจัดไว้ให้เท่านั้น ฝ่าฝืนปรับ 10,000 บาทต่อครั้ง
7. ห้ามเคลื่อนย้ายเฟอร์นิเจอร์หรือสิ่งของอื่นๆ ออกจากห้องพัก
8. ผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้านวมจัดเตรียมไว้ตามจำนวนแขกที่แจ้งไว้ และตามจำนวนเตียงที่มีอยู่ในห้องพัก
9. น้ำดื่มขวดแก้วให้บริการฟรี 2 ขวดต่อท่านต่อวัน หากต้องการน้ำดื่มหรือของใช้ในห้องพักเพิ่มเติม กรุณาติดต่อพนักงาน ทั้งนี้อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
10. ในกรณีที่ทรัพย์สินของทางโรงแรมแตกหักเสียหายหรือสูญหาย ต้องชดเชยค่าเสียหายตามราคาทรัพย์สินนั้นๆ
11. ละเว้นจากการวางหรือแขวนสิ่งของใดๆ บริเวณระเบียงห้องพักและโดยรอบ ซึ่งอาจทำให้เสียภาพลักษณ์ของโรงแรม
12. การใช้อุปกรณ์ภายนอกหรือนำอาหารจากภายนอกเข้ามารับประทานในบริเวณโรงแรม จะต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากฝ่ายบริหารของโรงแรมก่อน
13. ท่านจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎข้อบังคับและมาตรการด้านสุขอนามัยตามที่โรงแรมกำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด
14. ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการให้เข้าพักแก่บุคคลที่อาจทำให้เกิดโรค ความไม่สบาย หรือความไม่สะดวกแก่แขกท่านอื่น
15. เมื่อท่านเปิดประตูระเบียง เครื่องปรับอากาศจะหยุดทำงานอัตโนมัติ
16. ภายใต้ความมุ่งมั่นที่จะช่วยกันรักษาโลกของเรา กับโครงการ “Acting Here Planet21 “ เราขอให้ท่านอย่าเก็บเปลือกหอยหรือสัตว์ทะเล และขอความกรุณาทิ้งพลาสติกและขยะอื่นๆ ลงในถังขยะที่มีบริการไว้ให้ภายในโรงแรม
